2. Information collection and use purposes

2.1 We collect the following personal information from you (“Collected Information”):

Other information is needed for providing the service or required by government agencies.

The personal information mentioned above includes website users, service users and/or other third parties who may be recognized as being ultimately beneficial owners and members of the company or other associated entities (if any).

2.3.1 Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies to track user behavior and to save the information you put in our forms. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

2.3.3 Analytics / Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We partner with a third-party ad network to either display advertising on our website or manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web Beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you with targeted advertising based on your interests. 2.3.5 Social Media Widgets

Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook and Twitter buttons and widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

3. Information Sharing

We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries in order to supply services attached to our business. The exchange/sharing of information between GOC and its subsidiaries in the same group, or between subsidiaries, or between director(s)/manager(s) as well as members of these companies will not be identified as sharing information with third parties. In these cases, if the information is transferred to a country or territory outside Singapore, we shall take the necessary measures to protect the security of your information, within our ability and efforts in accordance with the standards of the relevant legislation required.

In necessary circumstances, we will have to share/exchange your information with other relevant third parties for the purpose of supporting the performance of the service requested by you and/or required by the authorities/legislations. More specifically, these third parties may include the following depending on the circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share your data with service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

Frames: Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content from our service providers (such as a payment processor) while preserving the look and feel of our site. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to us.

We will respond to your request within 30 working days. If you have a Corporate Service Officer assigned, please contact him/her in priority.

When handling a data access or correction request, GOC will check the identity of the requester to ensure that he/she is the person legally entitled to make the data access or correction request. Please cooperate/assist us in providing supporting documents in the event that we need more information or documentation to make this determination.

5. Direct Marketing

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter on the main site or when you become a GOC’s customer, we will use your name and email address to send you non-transactional, promotional emails from time to time. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving these emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us.

6. Security measures

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card, bank account or proprietary business information) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. 7. Data Retention

8.1 Collection of personal data from minors

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age (“Minor”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. 9. AML (Anti-Money Laundering Regulation)
9.1. Purpose
The purpose of this Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is to provide guidelines and establish a clear framework for detecting and preventing money laundering and terrorist financing activities within our company. We are committed to complying with all applicable AML laws and regulations.

9.2. Scope

9.4. Transaction Monitoring

Our designated AML Compliance Officer will oversee day-to-day operations of the AML program, ensure compliance with AML regulations, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activities.
Any transaction and business operation exceeding set thresholds (based on local regulations) should be flagged for review and reported accordance with national and international AML reporting obligations.

9.5. Record-Keeping and Data Retention
