Important Notice: Price Change for Upcoming Renewal and Incorporation for Seychelles Companies

At Global Offshore Company, we strive to keep our clients informed about important updates that may impact their businesses. As the renewal period for some companies is approaching and new clients who come to us to incorporate a new Seychelles company, we would like to bring your attention to some significant changes regarding our service fees.

Due to the increasing compliance risks and reporting requirements in Seychelles, regulatory bodies, including courts and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), are conducting more rigorous inspections. The introduction of the Virtual Service Provider Act (VSPA) has further intensified these operational challenges. In light of these developments, we find it necessary to amend our fees to address the heightened compliance and reporting obligations, as well as the maintenance of records.

Effective January 1, 2025, the fee for our Seychelles company renewal services will increase from $900 to $1,100. 

Moreover, starting today, 18th December 2024 the incorporation fee will be as follows:

• $1,100 for the Standard Package 

• $2,000 for the Premium Package

• $2,300 for the Premium Plus Package.
